I have completed my Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Acupuncture. The style is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory. Apart from Acupuncture, my therapies include Cupping, Moxabustion and Soft tissue therapy. Acupuncture can help in a number of Ailments from pain relief to Fertility issues, sleep disorders, low libido, depression and weight loss to mention a few. ACC covers Acupuncture for any accident related injuries.The main aim of TCM Acupuncture is to restore balance in the body. A number of reviews have been written on our work so please go a head and read them. Glenn specializes in Abdominal Acupuncture as taught by Professor Li (Jessica) Feng. New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine.
I also trained at the London School of Sports
Massage in 1992 - 1993, qualifying with honours in 1993. Since
my return to New Zealand and the establishment of Inner City
Health Massage in 1995, I have completed a range of massage
therapy related courses including the Paul Chek Level II course
in Postural testing and exercise prescription.
My clientele has varied over the years to
include some key organisations and sporting bodies. These
include the London Contemporary Dance Theatre, London Crusaders
Rugby League, Auckland Warriors Rugby League, Tall Blacks, NZ Swimming and The All
Blacks. In 2002 I was the New Zealand Massage Therapist to
the Manchester Commonwealth games team. In July 2004 I
travelled to Athens as the massage therapist to the New Zealand
team for the Athens Olympic Games. In 2006, I headed the NZ massage team for the Melbourne Commonwealth Games.
My treatments look to not only to heal your ailments but to treat your whole constitution, balancing the body and allowing your own healing process to take control.
